Gamboa & Soberania National Park Segway Tour

The Official Segway Tour in Panama is a must do during your stay. Enjoy a different and fun way to experience the highlights of Panama City, its History and Natural areas using our eco-friendly Personal Transporter. This is the most fun you can have while standing up. You will be taught how to stand and ride the Segway's X2 with your guide and you will be trained on all safety issues. You can choose between three different Segway Tours: a) a 90 minute ride, a combination of panoramic-historical tour, on Panama Citys new coastline and the Colonial City and get to know one of our World Heritage Monuments (Casco Antiguo); b) explore the former Canal Zone & Ancon Hill; c) a rainforest Segway tour exploring for wildlife at Gamboa and the worlds famous Pipeline Road, and visit the observation tower at Discovery Center that takes you to the top of the forest canopy. In the morning you will be picked up in the lobby of your hotel and transferred to the meeting point just outside the city limits. Here your Segway specialist will give you instructions on how to stand & ride. YOu will then ride for 45 minutes along the Panama Canal to the town of Gamboa where your Segway adventure begins! After a panoramic tour around town, which passes by historical buildings used by the US and Canals operations, you head on your PTs towards the Soberania National Park. Enter World Famous Pipeline Road and glide through this amazing jungle trail while hearing and viewing the local wildlife. Upon arrival to the Panama Rainforest Discovery Center, you will have a chance to visit a 100ft (32m) high Canopy Observation Tower. You return on a 45-minute drive in the tour van back to Panama City to the original meeting point. From here, our driver will already wait for you in order to take you back to your hotel.
