Thanh Toan Covered Bridge and Tam Giang Lagoon by bike half day tour

Around 8h00-9h30: You will pass through many enormous rice paddy fields to reach the Thanh Toan covered bridge. Situated about 8km from the city center, Thanh Toan is a great place for those wanting to enjoy the peaceful countryside scenery. You can also make stop for nice photos taking opportunities of the countryside and daily activities of friendly farmers as well as their simple lifestyle depending on the time including: plowing, sowing, implanting, weeding, harvesting. You will explore the busy rural market where you can see villagers exchange their daily agricultural products. You can also visit the more than – 200 – year-old wooden bridge. It is such a great place for villagers to have relaxing time or exchange information after their hard work.

Around 09.30-10.00: You will depart for Tam Giang Lagoon, which is situated about 17 km from the center. Along the way, you can take some beautiful photos of daily activities of peasants, sampaners. After arriving at Quang Ngan, you will receive a welcoming drink of green tea in the home-stay boatman.

Around 10h00-12h00: You will ride a bike in the village, visit neighbors, ancient pagodas, luxurious vegetable farms and large rice fields. You can take part in daily work of villagers such as: weaving bamboo, collecting algae, husking paddy with a bamboo will…

Around 12.00-13.00: You will go back on boat for lunch featuring seafood freshly caught from the lagoon and locally grown organic vegetables.

Around 13h00-14h30: You will enjoy boat trip across the lagoon to visit aquaculture premises. You can also witness the way the local fishermen use traditional methods to trap fish and shrimp.

Around 14h30-15h30: You will continue your trip to Thuan An beach for swimming or relaxing under the shade of caesarian trees.

Around 15.30-16.00: You will be transferred to your hotel.
