Stop At: Crystal Pools Hiking Trail, Gordon's Bay South Africa

The group will be asked to meet at our central location (The Strangers Club-1 Braemar Rd, Green Point, Cape Town, 8005) promptly at 9:00 AM. Once all our guests are on board, we will start our journey. Our tour begins with a mild hike through the Steenbras Nature Reserve to the natural rock pools known as 'Crystal Pools.' Submerge yourself in the beauty of the Fynbos floral kingdom as guests are guided up the 2km hike to the pools. Guests will be given a chance to swim, relax and enjoy the picturesque surroundings of one of the Western Cape's best nature reserves. For the adrenaline junkies, the pools have a number of rock jumps that range from 7m to 22m high. Next stop is the secluded beach caves of Kogel Bay (known as Koelbaai by the locals.) Guest will be given the opportunity to rest after the long hike while enjoying a healthy lunch under the shade. The day concludes with a few drinks at our favourite 'sundowners' location: 'Jump Rock.' This location offers something for all personality...rest in the tranquillity of location or jump the rock jump into the Indian Ocean.

We will enter the reserve through the Steenbras River Mouth and make our way through the valley to the beautiful Crystal Pools.
