3 Hour Home Barista Course - Cape Town

Your class takes place at a location in central Cape Town, where you'll meet your instructor Mikhael Bou Rjeily who is our Barista trainer and a highly regarded Coffee Barista himself for your introduction to the world of coffee. He has competed in many national barista competitions. By the end of the course, you should be able to make a perfect of coffee.

The Course include some theory including some practical on pouring an espresso, milk dynamics and how to not burn the milk when making a latte. No matter what sort of machine you're using or what level of coffee swinging perfection you want to attain, the guys at Shaker South Africa can help.

You may also bring along whatever machine you're using and they'll teach you how to use it like a pro.
