Drive to the Chinese Royal Gastronomy Museum where you can learn about Chinese gastronomy, its history during imperial times and onwards. The Museum has three parts: The long history of royal gastronomy, The chef and materials of the royal gastronomy, and the rules and regimen of the royal gastronomy. You’ll learn about the development of Chinese cuisine, and its history throughout the different dynasties.

This museum is a great tool to avoid losing China’s gastronomy traditions like the imperial diet. Therefore, you’ll be able to try various foods that were fit for empresses and emperors and you’ll take home an understanding of royal cuisine. During the dinner, a beautiful show about emperors and empresses will be performed in the Hall, and your guide will be able to answer any other questions that you have.
