We will begin the tour at the local market "Mercat Del Ninot" Here we will do a tasting of local Cured Jamon and Olives. We will pick a few ingredients for the paella cooking as well! In this tour you get to learn all about local food culture and local specialties. As well, you will learn interesting details about the evolution of the Markets in Barcelona and get to meet some of the local verdors as well.

Once we have walked a few blocks from the market we will begin the cooking class at our professional kitchen and Classically decorated Dining room.
